欢迎使用 KotoPlanet。使用本应用即表示你同意以下条款。
一、服务内容
本应用提供面向中文母语者的日语学习功能，包括假名、词汇、语法、汉字、听力、阅读的学习与复习，以及基于 AI 的情景对话、语音朗读和发音评测。核心学习功能可完全离线使用。
二、账号
- 账号是可选的。不注册也可完整使用核心学习功能，数据保存在本机。
- 注册与登录通过邮箱一次性验证码完成，我们不设置密码。请自行保管邮箱安全——能收到该邮箱验证码的人即可访问你的账号。
- 你可随时在应用内删除账号，删除后云端数据不可恢复。
三、免费方案与 Pro 方案
本应用当前不提供任何形式的付费购买。所有学习功能对全部用户免费开放。
「Pro」是我们手动授予测试用户的更高在线服务额度标识，不涉及任何交易、订阅或应用内购买。若未来引入付费功能，我们会提前在应用内说明，并通过 Apple 应用内购买进行。
四、在线服务额度
AI 情景对话、语音朗读、发音评测依赖第三方云服务，因此设有每日与每月用量上限。达到上限后相应功能会暂停到下一个周期，朗读会自动回退为系统语音。这些额度是为了控制成本而设，我们可能随时调整，恕不另行通知。
在线服务按「现状」提供，不保证持续可用、不保证响应时间。在线服务中断时，核心学习功能不受影响。
五、AI 生成内容
- 情景对话中的日语回复由 AI 实时生成，可能存在语法错误、用词不自然或事实性错误，不应被视为权威的语言教学材料。
- AI 回复不代表我们的立场或观点。
- 发音评测的分数由第三方语音服务给出，仅供参考，不构成任何语言水平认证。
- 应用内的模拟考试为阶段性自测工具，与 JLPT 官方考试无任何隶属或授权关系，成绩不代表官方考试结果。
- 若你遇到 AI 生成的不当内容，请通过对话界面内的举报入口或下方邮箱告知，我们会及时处理。
六、你的使用行为
使用本应用时，你同意不：
- 通过自动化脚本、修改客户端等方式绕过用量限制，或对我们的服务发起过量请求；
- 逆向工程、反编译本应用，或试图未经授权访问我们的服务器与其他用户的数据；
- 在 AI 对话中输入违法内容，或试图诱导 AI 生成违法、仇恨、色情或危害他人的内容；
- 将本应用的学习内容与音频批量抓取、转售或重新分发。
若发现上述行为，我们可能限制或终止你对在线服务的访问。
七、知识产权
- 本应用的界面、代码、学习内容编排与音频归我们所有。
- 假名笔顺数据来自 KanjiVG，依 CC BY-SA 3.0 授权使用，署名见应用内「我的」页。
- 日文字体 Klee One 与 Zen Maru Gothic 依 SIL Open Font License 1.1 授权使用。
- 日语本身与通用词汇、语法条目不构成我们的独占权利。
八、你的数据
我们会尽合理努力保障数据安全与同步正确性，但不对数据丢失或损坏承担责任。建议你定期使用「我的 → 数据备份 → 导出」保存一份本地备份，尤其是在重置进度或删除账号之前。
数据的收集与处理方式见隐私政策。
九、免责声明与责任限制
本应用按「现状」和「现有」提供，不作任何明示或默示的保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性的保证。我们不保证学习效果、不保证内容完全无误。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失承担责任。
十、条款变更与服务终止
我们可能修改本条款，修改后会更新本页生效日期；重大变更会在应用内提示。我们保留随时修改或终止本服务（或其任何部分）的权利。你可随时停止使用并删除账号。

Welcome to KotoPlanet. By using the app you agree to these terms.
1. The service
KotoPlanet provides Japanese-language learning for native Chinese speakers, covering kana, vocabulary, grammar, kanji, listening and reading, plus AI scenario dialogue, speech playback, and pronunciation assessment. Core learning works fully offline.
2. Accounts
- An account is optional. Core learning works without one, with data stored on your device.
- Sign-up and sign-in use a one-time code sent to your email; there is no password. Keep your email secure — anyone who can receive codes at that address can access your account.
- You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Cloud data is not recoverable after deletion.
3. Free and Pro plans
The app currently offers no purchases of any kind. All learning features are free for all users.
"Pro" is a higher online-service quota tier that we grant manually to test users. It involves no transaction, subscription, or in-app purchase. If paid features are introduced in the future, we will explain them in-app beforehand and offer them through Apple In-App Purchase.
4. Online service quotas
AI dialogue, speech playback, and pronunciation assessment depend on third-party cloud services, so daily and monthly usage limits apply. Once a limit is reached the corresponding feature pauses until the next period, and speech playback falls back to the system voice. These quotas exist to control cost and may change at any time without notice.
Online services are provided "as is" with no guarantee of availability or response time. Core learning is unaffected when online services are unavailable.
5. AI-generated content
- Japanese replies in scenario dialogue are generated by AI in real time and may contain grammatical errors, unnatural wording, or factual mistakes. They should not be treated as authoritative teaching material.
- AI replies do not represent our positions or opinions.
- Pronunciation scores come from a third-party speech service, are indicative only, and constitute no certification of language ability.
- The in-app mock exam is a self-assessment tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the official JLPT, and its results do not represent official exam outcomes.
- If you encounter inappropriate AI-generated content, report it from the conversation screen or email us. We will act promptly.
6. Your conduct
You agree not to:
- circumvent usage limits through automation or a modified client, or send excessive requests to our services;
- reverse engineer or decompile the app, or attempt unauthorized access to our servers or other users' data;
- submit unlawful content in AI dialogue, or attempt to induce the AI to produce unlawful, hateful, sexual, or harmful content;
- bulk-scrape, resell, or redistribute the app's learning content or audio.
We may restrict or terminate access to online services if we detect such behavior.
7. Intellectual property
- The app's interface, code, curriculum arrangement, and audio are owned by us.
- Kana stroke-order data comes from KanjiVG, used under CC BY-SA 3.0; attribution appears on the app's "Me" screen.
- The Japanese typefaces Klee One and Zen Maru Gothic are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
- The Japanese language itself, along with common vocabulary and grammar entries, is not subject to any exclusive claim by us.
8. Your data
We make reasonable efforts to keep your data safe and your sync correct, but we accept no liability for data loss or corruption. We recommend exporting a local backup regularly via Me → Data Backup → Export, especially before resetting progress or deleting your account.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee learning outcomes or that content is free of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the app.
10. Changes and termination
We may revise these terms; revisions update the effective date on this page, and material changes will be announced in-app. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
